1. How do I add or remove Call Features?
Go to the Talk Features on the Talk Control Panel.
2. How long does it take?
In most cases, Call Features will be added to or removed from your Talk service the next working day, but may take up to 3 working days.
3. What Call Features are available and how much do they cost?

- Single use cost doesn't include call charges (where applicable)
- Although Voicemail is free, you'll need to add it via the Talk Control Panel before you can use it
Call Features Bundling
You can add just one Call Feature, or create a bundle for a discount:
- 2 for £3.00 - save up to £2
- 3 for £4.50 - save up to £3
- 4 for £6.00 - save up to £4
- 5 for £7.50 - save £3.49
The Call Features that you can add to a bundle are shown in the table above.

This is free and included with all our phone packages.

Voicemail (1571)
Voicemail (1571) makes sure you don't miss a call - whether you're away from home or on another call.

Voicemail (1571) is free but it's not turned on by default. You'll need to add it via the Talk Control Panel.
Voicemail Plus (Call Minder)
Voicemail Plus is similar to Voicemail (1571) but it has more options and you can check your messages from any other phone.

Conference Calling
Also known as '3 Way Calling'. This let's you talk with 2 other callers at the same time.

Get the second person on the call | Ask the first person to hold. Press RECALL, wait for the dial tone. Then dial the second number. Wait for an answer |
Get the first person on the call | Ask the second person to hold. Press RECALL, wait for the dial tone. Then dial 3. You can talk to both people at the same time, or either person individually |
Switch between one person and another | Press RECALL, wait for the dial tone. Dial 2 |
Switch back to Conference Calling | Press RECALL, wait for the dial tone. Then dial 3 |
End the call with the first person | Press RECALL, wait for dial tone. Then dial 5 |
End the call with the second person | Press RECALL, wait for dial tone. Then dial 7 |

Caller Display
With Caller Display, compatible handsets will show you the number of the person who's calling.
A number won't be displayed if it's unavailable (usually international calls) or if the caller's withheld it.
Reminder Call (£2.50 unlimited or 15p per use)
Set your phone for an alarm call.

Call Waiting
Get an alert if somebody tries to call you when you're already on a call.

Call Divert
Divert your calls to any UK landline, mobile, and most international destinations.
There are 3 codes you can use:
- 21 - Divert (all calls)
- 61 - Divert calls you don't answer within 15 seconds (no reply)
- 67 - Divert calls when your phone is engaged (busy)

When this feature is used, if applicable you'll be charged for the diverted part of each call (e.g. the cost of calling the number you're diverting to from your line).
Ring Back (£2.50 unlimited or 10p per use)
Get a call back when a busy number becomes available. Ring Back will keep trying a busy number for up to 45 minutes.

Note: You can't use Ring Back on calls to ISDN lines, non-UK destinations and some multi-line switchboards.
Anonymous Call Reject
With this feature, if a caller withholds their number, they won't be able to call you.

Calls will get through if the incoming number is 'unavailable' (when the caller has not made any attempt to withhold their number). This can happen in a number of cases e.g. if the incoming call is made from an overseas provider.
